Seeley, daughter of Vivian and Bert Seeley of Longbranch on the Key Peninsula, was in her second year in the poster contest, run by Kitsap County Public Works. She said it took her two days to draw the piece, showing a red, white and blue Earth surrounded by the circle of arrows that is the common symbol for recycling. 041b061a72
